The Ultimate Show: Holiday Edition
Sometimes I can’t believe I live in a time where I draw christmas presents in my moleskine and then write notes and jokes around those presents and walk into an office and sit in a room with another writer-producer and toss around ideas of a holiday ufc show and then talk to an editor about decking out a virtual set with graphics and make Santa a genie that grants wishes and have rudolph fly across the screen and drop down a naughty or nice list and have a maxim model speak words that I wrote in that moleskine about a sport I’m understanding and I walk down the street and think about how awesome this all is.
Just got Air Swimmers for the Bleacher Report NYC video office. They are awesome.
[goes down @ 4:38]
last week on UFC on Fox, Cain Velasquez was knocked out in 64 seconds. After sitting around the sales office of Bleacher Report NYC, we were discussing what else we could do in 64 seconds. Finally after a few beers we decided me running up 10 stories in to our NYC office would make a good bet.
By floor 7 I was almost walking but had to push through and sped up to make it happen. I’m also a writer/producer on the show so it’s fun to be able to make a cameo.
Check out this weeks episode of Bleacher Report’s College Football Show ‘The Program’ that I host.
YO!
So I’ve been busy on a bunch of projects. This one comes from working with Bleacher Report & YouTube on a curated video project. Basically the guys from B/R and I get together and watch sports-ish YouTube videos and comment on them. I’ve been doing it for awhile testing out different mechanics and how the playlist / curated system works. I think it’s finally getting there. check out episode THIRTY.
