(that means someone commissioned this piece, then someone hand created it, then someone thought “oh this is fantastic”, so much so that someone told a higher up TARGET VP, who then told someone to buy thousands of these original art works who then told someone to ship them and package them and then someones at thousands of Targets had to unpackage this art and put it on the bottom row between closet hangers and fabreeze)
